Will Sando is the Brand President of Silverlake Automotive, a company he and his wife, Rebecka, purchased in 2003 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Over the past two decades, Will has grown Silverlake from a single repair shop into a respected multi-location brand known for its commitment to honesty, integrity, and compassion. His greatest pride is building a team that shares his belief in doing the right thing for customers, coworkers, and the community.
From the beginning, Will has been driven by a simple philosophy: treat every guest the way you would want your own family to be treated. That mindset has shaped Silverlake’s culture and reputation throughout the region. He is passionate about developing people, creating career paths for his team, and raising the standard of professionalism in the automotive industry.
Today, as Brand President and Partner at Straightaway Tire & Auto, Will is focused on continuing to grow Silverlake across the Mountain West while preserving the values that built it. He believes that strong infrastructure and shared leadership enable him to focus on what matters most: serving customers well and investing in his people.
Will has been married to Rebecka since 2003. Together they have two married children and two grandchildren, whom they love spending time with. Outside of work, Will enjoys traveling in their RV, golfing, skiing, and gathering with friends and family at their cabin in Spirit Lake, Idaho.
