As we expanded to six, seven, eight, and nine locations, we started thinking about our exit strategy. Exploring options, we realized we wanted the best of all worlds—caring for our employees, finding the right partner, and continuing to grow. Straightaway was born from several of us coming together to create the ideal partner that values people, growth, and collaboration.
