Jon Easton helps drive profitable growth at Straightaway by leading with strategy and insight. As Vice President of Category Management, he partners closely with the company’s brands to optimize service offerings and pricing, works with suppliers to strengthen key partnerships, and collaborates with marketing to better understand customer behavior and what brings them in the door.
Before joining Straightaway, Jon spent a decade in the home improvement retail world, holding roles in analytics, technology, strategy, pricing, and merchandising across both The Home Depot and Lowe’s. He holds a Marketing degree from Clemson University and an MBA from Wake Forest.
Originally from Lenoir, a small town in western North Carolina, Jon now lives in Charlotte with his wife Madison and their two sons, Luke (5) and Brooks (3). Their household started with two Golden Retrievers—Max and Murphy—and has only gotten livelier since.
In his downtime, Jon enjoys just about anything outdoors, from tee ball in the backyard with his kids to a weekend round of golf.
