Eric Anderson has been in the automotive industry since 2008, starting at a community college in Automotive Technology. He started his career as a technician and quickly moved up to Lead Technician, then Assistant Manager. Within 3 years of working in the industry, he moved up to managing a 5 bay locally owned independent repair facility. Eric has been working with Silverlake Automotive since 2017 as a Service Advisor and Manager where he has learned a great deal about how the industry operates and best practices for high production repair facilities.
Eric has two children and two step children, ranging between the ages of 21 and two years old. He enjoys the time he has with his children, teaching and learning from them. Eric loves to pick on his kids and give them a hard time but knows there is a time to be serious and luckily for him, that’s not all the time!
In his free time, you can usually find Eric making improvements to his home. When he’s not working on his house, he can be found tinkering with single board computer projects, or playing with his 3d printer. Eric has a love for learning, if he has down time, he uses that opportunity to learn something and makes learning a priority, especially different trades or about historical events.
Eric is committed to serving others, whether that’s professionally or off the job, there is no greater joy Eric gets than helping others lives be fuller by teaching and giving.
