Jordan Cozatt

As Director of National Fleet Accounts at Straightaway, Jordan Cozatt focuses on expanding the company’s national fleet presence by sourcing new accounts, supporting activation and training, and crafting marketing materials that tell the Straightaway story. His role bridges business development and operations, ensuring every partnership is set up for long-term success.
Prior to joining Straightaway, Jordan served as Vice President of Business Development & Client Services at Victory Automotive Service and previously worked as the Head Golf Professional at Snake River Sporting Club. His career reflects a passion for both client relationships and operational excellence.
Born and raised in Minneapolis, Jordan now lives in nearby New Brighton with his wife of ten years, Leslie, their daughter Aubrie, and their beloved sheltie, Riggs. He attended Anoka Ramsey Community College and the Golf Academy of America, and though his time at Arizona State was short-lived, it helped shape his path.
When he’s not working, Jordan enjoys spending time with family, golfing, reading, and spending weekends at the lake. He’s also currently working toward earning his private pilot’s license.
