As Vice President of Human Resources, Tony partners with brand leaders to build recruiting, retention, and employee experience strategies that support our frontline teams.
Tony’s connection to the frontline is personal. Before building a career in recruiting and HR, he spent years in frontline retail and hospitality roles, learning what it means to serve customers, work under pressure, earn trust, and support the team around him. That experience still shapes how he approaches HR today, with a focus on supporting people in practical ways, communicating clearly, and helping create workplaces where employees feel respected, valued, and able to grow.
Tony also serves as Secretary of SAFE: the Straightaway Assistance Fund for Employees, a 501(c)(3) charity created to provide financial assistance to teammates and their families during unexpected hardships. For Tony, SAFE reflects the kind of culture he believes in, where people show up for each other when it matters most.
His professional background spans recruiting and talent work across skilled trades, healthcare, information technology, and data science, supporting teams across North America and India.
A proud native of Somerville, Massachusetts, Tony still lives in his hometown with his wife, their two children, and their cat. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and staying connected to the people and communities that shaped him.
