Valuation & Due Diligence

Once we’ve established a strong connection and determined that we’re a good fit, our team will conduct a comprehensive valuation of your business. If we’re aligned on value, we’ll move forward with a thorough due diligence process that covers all essential aspects, including financial, legal, environmental, and tax evaluations. If parties work well together we can get due diligence complete in as few as 60 days.

Step 3

Deal Closing

This is the day we’ve all been waiting for. During the deal closing, we’ll finalize everything by signing all the necessary documents and officially preparing for a bright future together.

During the closing process, you’re not simply selling your business and stepping away—you’re becoming part of the family and a valued partner in Straightaway Tire & Auto. At closing, all new Brand Partners have the opportunity to reinvest a portion of their proceeds, becoming true equity partners in Straightaway Tire & Auto.
